Frontend Design & Marketing Materials

syncable Copenhagen InternshipPart-time
Salary Unpaid

Do you believe that great design is what makes people trust a product before they ever try it? Do you want to shape how one of Europe's most ambitious infrastructure startups looks and feels to the world?

At Syncable, we are building the Cloud OS for the Agentic Era. Backed by Innovation Fund Denmark (Innofound), partnered with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Cloudflare, and connected to Europe's HPC network through EuroCC, we are not a typical startup. We are building critical software infrastructure — and we need it to look the part.

We are looking for a design-driven intern who can make complex technology feel clear, credible, and compelling. Someone who cares about the pixel and the paragraph equally.

The company

The problem is real: AI now generates code faster than engineering teams can understand, deploy, or govern it. Syncable is the platform that closes that gap — with a temporal knowledge graph that no competitor has built.

Deploy. Any cloud. 20 minutes. Zero YAML. Operate. Root cause in minutes, not hours. Understand. A living, queryable map of your entire software system.

We have live enterprise customers. We have thousands of developer downloads from organic adoption. We are heading into a fundraising round. And we need our design to match our ambition.

The role

You will work across two connected areas: the look and feel of Syncable's marketing presence, and the sales and pitch materials that help us close enterprise deals and win investor conversations.

What you will own:

  • Sales and pitch materials. Design and refine the decks, one-pagers, and leave-behinds that our commercial team takes into enterprise meetings and investor conversations. These need to be sharp, clear, and on-brand.

  • Social media and content visuals. Create graphics and visual assets for LinkedIn, X, and our blog — things that make our posts stand out in a technical feed without looking like they were made in Canva at 11pm.

  • Website improvements. Work on frontend elements of syncable.dev — improving layouts, visual hierarchy, and landing pages to convert the right visitors into signups and conversations.

  • Brand consistency. Help maintain and evolve the Syncable visual identity across all touchpoints — colour, typography, layout — so everything we put out looks like it came from the same confident, technically serious company.

  • Marketing collateral. Product explainers, capability sheets, event materials, and anything else the team needs to present Syncable professionally in the world.

Who you are

  • You are studying design, interaction design, visual communication, frontend development, or a related field — or you have a portfolio that speaks for itself.

  • You have Figma proficiency. You work in components, think in systems, and can hand off production-ready assets without a conversation about what you meant.

  • You have taste. You know the difference between a deck that closes deals and one that just looks pretty. You have seen both and you can articulate why.

  • You can work at the intersection of design and communication — you understand that a well-designed slide is only good if the message it carries is clear.

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can take a brief, run with it, and come back with something better than what was asked for.

  • Frontend experience (HTML/CSS, React, or similar) is a real bonus — but design craft matters more.

  • You speak and write English fluently.

What you will gain

  • A live portfolio of real design work — sales decks used in enterprise meetings, pitch materials used in investor conversations, product pages seen by thousands of engineering teams.

  • Exposure to B2B SaaS design at the technical end of the market — one of the most challenging and valuable design contexts to develop skills in.

  • Direct mentorship from the founding team and feedback loops with real commercial outcomes — you will see whether the materials you design actually move deals forward.

  • Experience working inside a brand with genuine complexity — technically serious, visually distinctive, and operating across multiple channels and audiences.

  • A clear path: strong performers are considered for paid roles or founding team equity conversations as Syncable grows.

Syncable — The Cloud OS for the Agentic Era AI now generates code faster than teams can understand, deploy, or govern it. That's the new bottleneck — and it widens every sprint. Three crises hit simultaneously as AI coding adoption accelerated: 1) The Understanding Gap. 50% of all code is now AI-generated. 2) 1 in 4 AI samples contain a confirmed vulnerability — 2.74× more than human-written code. 3) 75% of developers say reviewing AI code is harder. Comprehension debt compounds every sprint. The Governance Gap. Static analysis sees code. Observability sees runtime. Cloud tools see infra. Nothing connects all three. 82% of companies have accumulated security debt; 80% of tech debt will be architectural by 2026 (Gartner). The Deployment Gap. 50%+ of code is AI-generated, but ~0% is deployed autonomously. Teams choose between PaaS lock-in or DIY complexity — at a cost of €450k+ per year in platform engineering alone. Syncable closes all three gaps with one platform: Deploy. Operate. Understand. 1) Deploy any cloud in 20 minutes. One command, zero YAML, BYOC — your cloud, your keys, EU sovereign. 2) Operate with MTTR reduced from 60 minutes to under 5. A knowledge graph links alert → commit → config change in under 30 seconds. 3) Understand your entire system through a Temporal Knowledge Graph — a living, graph-native record of every service, change, dependency, and deployment event, queryable at any point in history. No single competitor provides all three layers with a temporal knowledge graph underneath. That graph is the data moat: it compounds with every repo, every deployment, every incident. What Cursor did for coding, Syncable does for deployment — plus the world model that governs it all.
