After a successful run in Belgium, Gullis Drinks is hitting Stockholm, and we’re looking for a "vinnarskalle" (a winner’s mentality) to lead the charge. This isn't just a sales role; it’s a 90-day mission to prove that natural, premium juice belongs in every high-end deli and convenience store from Vasastan to Södermalm.
The Goal: 50+ premium listings in 90 days. The Reward: Hit the target, and you won’t just have a job—you’ll have the keys to lead our Swedish expansion as our first permanent hire.
High-Velocity Prospecting: You are the face of Gullis. You’ll dominate the inner city, visiting 10–15 hand-picked independent retailers and trend-setting cafés daily.
Winning the "Fridge-Front": You don’t just sell bottles; you capture market share. You own the full cycle—from the first "Hej" to securing eye-level, front-of-fridge placement.
Stockfiller Mastery: You are the architect of our Swedish Stockfiller environment. You onboard every new account flawlessly, ensuring data-driven re-orders flow from day one.
Brand Aesthetics (Merchandising): You ensure Gullis looks as good as it tastes. You’ll place POS materials with precision, making sure our brand pops in every store you touch.
The 90-Day Hunter: You thrive on the "hustle." You love the adrenaline of a sales sprint and view a "nej" as the start of a negotiation.
Local Cultural Fluency: You speak the language of Stockholm retail. You understand the "fika" business culture but have the "grit" to close deals in a fast-paced urban environment.
Independent & Ready: You have your own F-skatt setup (or are ready to use our EOR partner) and can hit the ground running on day one. No hand-holding required.
After 90 days, we evaluate your performance based on:
New Premium Listings: Quality over quantity (but we want both).
In-store Dominance: The quality and "cool-factor" of your placements.
High-Stakes Reward: A solid monthly retainer + an aggressive, uncapped commission for every listing and crate sold. We want you to be the best-paid rep in the city.
